How long before they get back to me?

Last week I emailed DVC directly from the WDW website and asked them some questions regarding purchasing but I havent heard anything from them yet. Is this unusual? I don't want to be a pain by emailing them again but I guess I am used to Disney being a bit more time efficient in returning correspondence.

I have heard the e-mail is kind of slow, not sure why and I have not had any experience myslef with this. I just called them directly toll free and asked my questions. Tell them you are in very pliminary stages and just want some basic information if you are worried about the hard sell approach. I found most people I talk to at dvc are really helpful and nice.
