How long Before SSR will be built Out?

Ok, as indicated on a post, SSR will have a PROPOSED 660 units. How long will it take before it is BUILT OUT, not sell out? Anybody want to guess? The poster said a new building opening up every month, how many buildings are planned? Just curious- I will step up to the plate and say 20 Mos or March/May 05 is is built out.
I guess a lot will depend on how it sells, or are they in it for the long haul, building ALL 660 units come heck or high water. Any thoughts on that?

I was the person who posted about talking with my guide. He said that at least one building would open for 10-12 months. I think they could probably control construction.

In terms of how many buildings, I have no idea. My guide said that the design is more like Old Key West than any of the other DVC resorts. I don't know how many units are in a OKW building, but since OKW only has something like 48 buildings and 531 units in the whole resort, we can probably safely guess that SSR will be larger. How much larger? Your guess is as good as mine at this point. Hopefully, IF pre-sales start next month, we will get more info.
