How long before Disney calls us back?

We called to setup a site visit and they said someone would call us back. How long does this usually take?

They said it would take up to 3 days to call back.

When are you getting married and do you want an Escape or Wishes wedding?

Its a Wishes wedding and were getting married May 6th 2011. But we are going down to WDW this May ( 8th to 15th ) and want to do a site visit cause we probably wont be able to get back until the wedding.

I would call them back. When I originally called, they took down my information and told me that they would call me back and I didn't hear from them. When I called back, they had no record of my information. I didn't hear from them again, and when I called back the second time, they immediately transferred me to someone that could help. I know that you may feel like you are pestering them, but I would call them back again just to check on things.

That is the exact same time we are going to be there! I would call back, maybe your info got lost somewhere in the mix. When you call, be very clear that you want a Wishes wedding and that you want to come for a site visit in May. The first time I called they never asked me what kind I wanted, the must have assumed Escape because they told me they could not talk to me until months before the date I wanted.

definitely call back. A site visit in May will probably be no problem. We're getting married in June 2011 and have a site visit April 17th. So they should have no issues with you doing one in May for a May 2011 wedding.
