How long are shows?

Howdy! Approximately how long are the shows on board before dinner? Will we have enough time to go to the show go back to our room to change for dinner and then go to dinner? Or is it back to back if we have a late dining seating? Cheers!

45 minutes to an hour, depending on the show. Yes you have time to change if that is what you want to do. Just know that on nights like the Captain's reception or Pirate night, there are activities in the lobby between the show and dinner, and there are always character picture spots in the lobby area going on between the shows and dinners.

Absolutely you will have time as @Mr. Drauer said. We used to be hard line first seating people. We ended up on second seating on our last cruise and we really liked it. You feel a lot less rushed (in my opinion). I'll be sticking with late seating from now on.

Just an FYI, you can watch the shows on your stateroom tv too. My DD was 3 when we sailed and I knew she wouldn't sit still so it was nice to be able to still see the shows.They play them several times in a row too.

Just be aware it's not a live feed. The shows on the TV is a pre-recorded stage production.
