F! is just under 30 min. WOC might be a little bit longer but not sure. I think both were right around 30.

The audio for F! is about 23 min, so adding on a little for the intro it's about 25. WOC is about 28 without the new Tron segment, so maybe about 32 min, adding in a little more if you count the mini water show afterwards.
