how long a boat ride

How much time should I schedule to take the boat from WS in Epcot to Hollywood studios.. Is an hour enough time or perhaps 1 1/2 hours? I'm not worried about the time... in fact I may get a mid day nap out of this even with the horn blasts.. lol I just need to know when to leave Epcot to get to HS in time for the Pixar Parade at 3 pm. Thanks!

Even if you just miss a boat, it'll only take about 30 minutes or so.

The boat ride from Epcot to DHS is about 25 mins. If you have just missed a boat, and it isn't a really busy time of day, it could be up to 20 mins before another comes along. So plan on an hour...just in case.

OP, are you sure there's a parade? It was discontinued in 2013. Are they bringing it back?

Hmmmm... Well... I thought I saw it on a Disneyworld calendar just a day ago?!!?? I was surprised too.. and it was listed only on one day of the week we are there. Now I cannot find it. Grrr.. feeling like Alice in Wonderland here now... gwarsh.
