How long a boat ride from DHS to the Swan?

When leaving DHS - how long does the boat ride take to get to the Swan resort? We're thinking of heading to Kimonos and/or Fantasia Gardens after our evening at DHS.

About 10 minutes. If you leave at park closing, you may have to wait for more than one boat. It's usually about 20 min between boats.

If there's no boat when you approach the dock, or if there's a lonnnnnnng line - it'll be faster to walk. Just keep going past the boat dock and follow the path. The Dolphin/Swan is the first complex you'll encounter.

The walking path from the Studios to the S/D is on the opposite side of the waterway than the boat dock. When you exit the Studios if there is no boat at the dock go to the right along the water and you will see the entrance to the walking path (there is a sign). Just follow the path and after you pass the Boardwalk Resort go over the bridge to the left to the S/D. If you are going to Fantasia just keep walking straight past the S/D and then cross the street and you will be there.

Actual ride time is between 7-8 minutes. Doesn't include load/unload time.
The walk is roughly 16 minutes.

Thanks! DH & I have seen Fantasmic many times.... so the boat ride and an evening round of mini golf might be a lovely change of pace!

Actually......the sidewalk goes behind BW/BWV. You walk past the tennis courts, then past the pool area, then you get to the croquet lawn at the end of the bldgs. When you get to the end of the sidewalk, with Atlantic Dance Club and Jellyrolls, and the back entrance to BW, on your right, you head left, up to the bridge, and go left over the bridge to the S/D area.
Takes about 10-15 mins depending on walking pace, but it's a nice walk.
