How lit up does Pandora get in the summer months

Part of the reason for our trip this summer is to see Pandora, especially "lit up" (however they do it), at night. With sunset at 8:30-9:00pm, and Park close (as posted now) at 8:30, does it really get dark enough for the effects?

IMO, not really, because as you stated it isn't really dark out. I was there in summer after 8 pm.
