How likely is it...

that on my WDW vacation from Nov. 9-17 that I will see some or all of WDW "dressed up" for the holidays? This has been a wish of mine for awhile, but sadly I haven't convinced my entire family to join me for a holiday trip there yet!

I've been reading other sites and lots are saying "Holiday Happenings" will be going on while we're there - MVMCP, Osborne Family Lights, etc...

So tell me fellow DISers - will my pixie dust wishes come true?

I would say that it is very likely that you will see Disney all done up. I do believe that the festivities start about Nov.13th. I hope you have a wonderful trip!!

Two years ago some of the resorts were getting decorated ~ Nov 10th, so you'll see some of the resorts. I believe Osborne Lights and MVMCP begin Nov 13th, so you can not only SEE it, you can join in at those two parks. It's beautiful!

It should be all decorated before you leave. Be sure and visit the resorts if you have time. Some of them are spectacular. I was at the Animal Kingdom Lodge two years ago and the magic happened during the night. Went to bed with everything as usual and woke up to a Christmas wonderland. My favorite is the Boardwalk. They use a ton of the glass balls and it's beautiful. At the AKL, WL and Grand Floridian they have trees that are 3 -4 stories high. Don't miss them.

Yes, you will see some, if not all of the decorations at that time of year.

And they are lovely.

to all who answered me! You've made my day! I'm on and now it's even more difficult for me to wait for my trip to come! 10 more days now!

On the last day of our last trip to POP it was an "overnight" surprise with the Holiday Tree begin set up in the main lobby... But that was all we got to see! Now I can look forward to seeing more... We'll even be going to the GF and Contemporary for meals after the 13th, so now I'm keeping my fingers crossed! (If WDW is all "dressed up" for the holidays that would be enough for me for the YOAMD!)
