in late August? Just another person trying to decide on whether to purchase an AP. Looking at the BC..anyone know what the rate would be if the ap rates come out for that time? Thanks

Buy the AP if you are going to visit the parks more than 10 days in the next year. Any other reason is a gamble, although historically they have offered AP rates...last year they switched to BRP and there were a whole 2 weeks in October where no one was getting an AP rate. Who knows what kind of "crazy" things Disney might do in the next few months!

I agree. We purchased the AP last summer for our first trip and were very fortunate for the room discount. We are going back this summer and because I have an AP, I'm already saving money because I don't have to worry about a park pass. I paid my trip off today(AAA rate) and if an AP code comes out great, I'll try to apply it, but if not, I'm still ahead because I got 2 trips out of it. As long as I know I have a room booked I'm good. :flower:
