How Late Monorail Run After Mvmcp?

Don't know if this was asked but how long does monorail run to TTC after the MVMCP? Would like to hang around for the park to empty and see what it looks like especially the castle. Which would you take to TTC the ferry or monorail? We are driving so thats why I asked.
