How late is too late to upgrade?

We are going on a long labor day weekend trip to Disney, and right now ( at the 45 day mark next week) all I can afford is a moderate...CBR. I am not as excited about it as I normally am. I really wanted for BC this time. "If" I can save enough pennies by our trip to upgrade, can I do it last minute?
Promised a bonus at work due literally the day before we leave!!

answer is probably. Questions would be did you book CBR with a discount and are you expecting / hoping for that same discount for BC?

If you're willing to move to BC with no discount I can't see them turning you down (there should be plenty of rooms available at that time of year). But if you're hoping for a specific discount it would depend on whether they had rooms available for that discount and if it was still available and probably other things I'm not even thinking of.

If there are any rooms still available at BC with the FD pin you can upgrade up to 3 days in advance of check in. The CM on the phone won't be able to do it if the time frame for booking the FD has passed. You will need to speak with a supervisor or Guest Services instead. Any additional cost will be payable when you make the upgrade + a $15 change fee if you make it within 14 days of arrival.
