How late is Guest Services open?

We'll be arriving at HRH around 8 pm. I have a Super Bowl ticket voucher to redeem. Will Guest Services be open between 8 and 9 pm? Also, is the kiosk for electronic tickets open? I thought it would be more convenient to get the tickets before heading to the parks in the morning.

i can be wrong on this but i thought gs stays open for the park guests one hour after the park closes.

The electronic kiosks get shut down after the park closes. The guest services window outside of the park closes fifteen minutes after the park closes and the guest services in the inside of the park closes after the last guest has left the park.
