How Late In The Day Can You Get A FP+

Going to Disney in June with extended family, and we were going over our FP+ choices last night. We're going to Gatorland one day and I have CM scheduled for dinner that night at 7:40pm. The teens want to go to MK after dinner, and it's open until 12am that night. Will I be able to make them 3 FP+ for 9-10, 10-11 and 11-12 that night? Just wondering if FP+ normally has slots that late.
