How late do the monorails and buses run?

I'm planning my dinners and realized I don't know how late the transportation in Disneyworld runs. I am staying at the Swan and want to eat at the California Grill and the Grand Floridian. Thanks to anyone who answers.

Since you are staying at the Swan, the monorail will help you only if Epcot is open. (Need to walk through Epcot)

There are all kinds of options. Your best bet if MK is open is to take the bus to MK and then the resort monorail to either the CR or GF. If MK is closed but MGM is open, take the boat (or walk) to MGM and then you can take the GF or CR busses from there.

If it is late and all the parks are closed, you need to take the bus to DTD and then transfer to the resort bus there. Busses run to DTD until 1:30-2:00 AM.
