How late do the F&W Fest booths stay open?

I am thinking of our arrival night just wandering around and eating instead of making a dining reservation....but I can't remember how late they were open prior?

I am thinking of our arrival night just wandering around and eating instead of making a dining reservation....but I can't remember how late they were open prior?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe they're open during the total duration of the WS hours (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM) give or take 15 minutes or so on either end for start up delays and/or shut down prep prior to Illuminations.

They are open during the World Showcase hours. Some of them seem to be slow opening at 11, but they are all still open at 9. Also, if it's EMH at Epcot they stayed open last year....
