How late can you be for a dining reservation?

I have BBB reservations that are only 90 minutes before BOG. If we are late for BOG what will happen? And I assume we cannot have two people go and order for everyone? We have 4 kids doing BBB and a reservation for 8 at BOG. I am hoping we won't be late but I know that is tight.

They won't check you in without everyone there.

I think officially they hold the reservation for 15 minutes. Unofficially, they'll just check you in when you get there and seat people before you.

Disney will try to accomodate you, but they will not hold a table for you. You need to all be present before you will be seated. I know that people say you will be placed in line, but that is not always the case and it is best to know that there is a chance you will lose your ADR and be charged the cancellation fee.

If you are late, Disney does not have to seat you. Period. They may be nice and add you to the line, but they can also say "You should have been on time" and not seat you. This will also cause them to charge you the cancellation fee.

Honestly, if you can't be on time for an ADR, then you shouldn't make that ADR in the first place.
