how late can we checkin

How late can we check into the fort? We are scheduled to be at another amusement park all say on the day of checkin and were thinking of checking in at night when we were done with that other park but not actually moving to the site until the next day mainly so we dont have to mess with checkin till later on the 2nd day.

I have never asked how late, but when I had a mechanical break down on my way south. By the time I was back on the road and arrived at FW it was 0100 hours. They still had someone there to get me checked in, and was able to take care of moving my site as the one they had me set for there was no way it would fit with the slides.

thats another concern too what if your a day late due to breakdown or some other mishap?

like any other resort. If you have a delay, call. I was delayed 2 days, and they removed the charges for the first day.

1) Check-in as late as you wish (without calling ahead of time)
2) Whether early in the day or the wee-hours of the night.
3) This is actually a hotel, so someone is ALWAYS at the Front Desk. *

* Of course, the desk clerk may yawn several times during the check-in process.

Rusty - I would be yawning as well....actually I was. But as expected the staff took care of me with amazing grace even at that hour when I found my site was not going to work due to the surrounding folliage.
