How late are the shops open in Downtown Disney?

I'm curious how late the shops are open in Downtown Disney.

We're flying in on a Monday around 4:30, and I figure by the time we'd get back to our room and unloaded, it may be around 7:30 or so by the time we could get down there.

But I was thinking I'd like to have dinner down there and peruse a few shops our first evening there.

I especially want to buy an autograph book for DD as the next day we're getting up bright and early to head to MK.
