How late are restaurants open in parks in January

Some nights the parks close early. I am looking at DHS for instance. On Sunday January 17 the park closes at 8:00. I am trying to plan our ressies and having trouble because I don't know if the restaurants will be open after a parks is closed. That is the only night we will be able to see Fantasmic. It starts at 6:30 so it will be hard to plan supper that night. I am afraid if we get a 5:00 ressie we won't get a seat at Fantasmic but if we wait until afterward will a restaurant be open to even have a ressie?

hi. i would say try making an adr in DHS online, you can check times without having to actually make the adr. that way you can see what is the latest times the restaurants are offering. i know epcot has late adrs like a 9:20 when the park closes at 9:30pm, but places like Tony's at MK we could only get 8:45pm as the latest when MK closes at 11pm that night. Play around and see what you find. Another good option is to plan a resort dinner. Since DHS closes at 8pm you could do Ohana or Chef Mickey's for example and get a 9pm or even up to 9:55. Kona Cafe has great teryaki steak!! Good luck!

Thanks. I will look at that. I think what the plan will be is to eat around 5:00 or so on a night when there is a park open late and then hitting that park after supper. On nights when there is no park open late we will eat later and then head back to the room to veg out and rest.
