How late are DTD restaurants open?

I am coming in on the last night of my husband's conference. I land at MCO at 11:30. He will pick me up as we are staying at his convention center hotel that night before moving on site the next day. I may be hungry after work and flying. I'm not sure how long my layover is. I will bring snacks, but I might want something a bit more substantial. How late are DTD restaurants open? Particularly EoS? I may have Matt swing by and pick up a sandwich before he gets me so I have it.

they close at 11 sun-thurs, or 11:30 fri/sat (according to there website)
