How large Crowds March 22-27th 2009?

It's premiere season but I think it's a few weeks before most schools have spring break. Anyone gone around this time of year before? How bad do you think the crowds will be?

It will be crowded. We were there at the same time two years ago and will be there at this time this year. My daughter has a school trip to perform. We were also there during the July 4th weekend this summer and I will say the same touring advice applies. Go to the least crowded parks for the day (refer to touringplans.com) and get there early (before the rope drop) and you should have no problems. This summer the we only had about 3 waits of over 25 minutes total for the whole five days we were there.

Should be busy. WE will be there the week before as this is the spring break for most of the school boards in Ontario. Must be the case for upstate New York as well as the flights out of Buffalo are outrageous !

It is not one of the Easter Weeks next year so it will not be "so overwhelming you cannot possibly do anything" like those weeks are. However, it is a major spring break week and it will be quite crowded (you can get standby lines for popular rides during much of the day of 70 to 90 minutes (longer at Soarin' and Test Track).

uggg. I guess with our 5 year old now in kindergarten and the 3 year old brining up the rear - the good ole days of vacations off peak are ovah.....


PS... we've used TourGuideMike in the past - is touringplans.com a similar service? Better?
