Bread made in a wood burning oven with Caputo flour imported from Naples, San Marzano tomatoes, handmade fior di latte mozzarella, and water from their own wells identical to the water found in Naples.

Like I said, their pizza is the closest to the real thing you can get here in the U.S.
The more I think about it, the more I'm wanting to book a second ADR for our Feb. trip!! One time just isn't enough!!
