We leave next month for Disney, and we will have our 2 kids with us, ages 3 and 1.
We're on the dining plan so my little one is not included in the plan since he is under 3. So, one CS kids' meal per day included with the plan, plus 2 adult CS meals. Not worried about the TS meals since we are going to character buffets and the little guy eats free there even if we were to pay out of pocket.
Are kids' meals large enough that a 3-yr-old and 1-yr-old can share? I'm the kind of person who will opt for the grilled chicken salad or something light, while DH may get a burger and fries or a sandwich and fries, or maybe even the grilled chicken salad since he also enjoys that sometimes and it will be SOOOOO hot! The pediatrician prefers that we do not give the baby peanut butter until he is 2 years old so he has not had that. I am wondering though if they can share mac and cheese, chicken nuggets or chicken fingers, or a burger. Many times at restaurants they will share a kids' meal burger, or a kids' quesadilla at a Mexican restaurant, and they are fine.
So, are kids' meals big enough for my kids to share, in your opinion? Or should we be prepared to buy something extra for the little guy?
Thank you,
Bonnie
