How "just one trip" became three (babies)... update 6/29, huge triplets photo update

Holy Cow! The boys are growing up really fast - must be due to all the love from their mom and dad :). You guys were really blessed with those three, as were the boys in getting you two for their parents. The boys do indeed look very handsome and personable. This is going to be an interesting adventure (sorry, I tend to think in terms of adventures since seeing UP!).

The pics are great Code, and you certainly don't need to look for a pro, you do just great yourself. And it seems to me that when it comes to photographic vision, you just can't beat looking through the eyes of love.

So how are the boys doing now in separate cribs - after being so close for so long, just wondering, any separation anxiety on their part?

Glad that everyone is doing great - so what is the maximum age for still getting them into WDW for free?

Thanks so much for posting these fabulous pictures! You guys look like you are doing an incredible job and the boys are beautiful. Enjoy every day...they grow up so quickly!

Great shots---the one with the bottles is still one of my favorites, but I have to say that the most recent shot from your photo shoot where they fell asleep on eachother is adorable, my favorite picture yet.

It looks like you guys have your hands full but are taking it all in stride---I can only imagine how close I would be to a mental breakdown at this point. ;) Glad to see you both doing so well and I'll be looking forward to more pictures of the boys!! :thumbsup2

Such great pics! My kids just love seeing them. My 3 yo dd says "Ohhhh, they look like babies!" :lmao:

Thanks for sharing! :goodvibes

Code and Lease:

Oh my goodness!!! I am speechless!!!!

The boys are so awesome, adorable, and every word imagineable. From all the pictures and the details we are seeing in the photographs you guys are the best parents.

All of the photographs are wonderful and if I had to pick only one for my favorite, I like the black and white tone photo with all 3 boys in the basket. Again, Code, your photography skills shine once more.

Just as these 9 weeks have flown by for you, before you know it another 9 weeks will pass and so on......please take the time to enjoy each day with your boys, but also remember each other in some small way.

Anyhow, continue to be the fantastic parents that you are and do not worry about posting as I am sure we all understand what your top priority is these days.

BTW I must comment on well both of you look and Lisa you are a beatiful Mom.!

That is about it for now. Take care you two! :grouphug:

Been a lurker here for a while and I just wanted to say how adorable the boys are!! Love hearing your updates! :thumbsup2

They are so adorable! I have twins and I remember when they shared a crib how they would somehow move at such a young age to be right next to eachother. Isn't it amazing!? Good luck with the sleepless nights! The time does go by fast though!

AWWWW OMG too cute!!! Love all the photos!!! So beautiful!

Wow Cody and Lisa, you guys sure do make beautiful babies!! Andrew, Nicholas and Parker are so handsome and they show such lovely personalities already. I agree with Abbey's Dad, must be the great parents they have!

I am with the gang that loves the photo of the boys falling asleep after the photo shoot. It is absolutely priceless! MasterCard move over, we have a new winner!!

Between the DIS boards and your family blog you guys are doing such a fantastic job keeping us all informed and for that I thank you. It is so nice to be a part of this journey with you.

Enjoy your blessings. And yes, I think you both look fantastic! Being parents sure does agree with you both.

Suz

PS: I just wondered if a package from Canada arrived??

they are just as sweet as can be. i cant decide if my fav pic is the striped shorts, the plaid pants, or the black and white sleepy one. they are all great. congrats once again on them doing so well. i cant wait to see pics of them on their first disney trip. how cute would those adorable boys be on dumbo?

OMG! Those photos bring back memories! :dance3: Simply beautiful.

I can totally relate to the "prop the bottle" incident. Google "Podee". It's a different type of bottle that makes it much easier to use. (too complicated to explain in text) They're not for everyone, but we found them to be invaluable.

Feel free to PM me if you'd like.

Congrats again!

I can't believe 9 weeks has passed!!! The boys are adorable!!

Thank you for taking the time to share pictures of your family with us!!

Thanks to everyone who complimented me on how I look :thumbsup2 I see the pictures and all I think is "I don't feel as tired as I look"

Ok, these pictures are just awesome and also, you may want to think about investing in Miracle Blankets. They made our boys sleep so much better, and they are totaly escape proof--at least until around 4-5 months.

We bought one the first week we had the boys home and they were to big to use. We just found bigger swaddling blankets. When they outgrew those, Grandma made even bigger ones.

I think we are lucky we bought all the camera equipment before the boys were born. Cody gets some wonderful shots.

The boys took to their own cribs without any issues. As an added bonus no one wakes up with a brother's hand in their face.

Free admission until they are 3. We are planning a trip to Disneyland when they are around 2 1/2. We can drive there in one really long day or stay a night in Vegas to break it into a 2 day drive. It'll be a much more relax version of Disney then we are used to. More about seeing the sights and getting pictures with the characters.

I'm glad you like the blog, it's been fun to post on. I'm working on a multi-part post with the background story of Cody and I.

Still no package yet, but I'm anxiously waiting :)

We looked at Podee systems, but we are using Dr Browns bottles which won't work with the Podee. As the boys get bigger and more wiggly I'm sure we'll have to adapt the feeding system.

Hey Lease, that package should arrive soon. I mailed it June 18th and was told it would take about 8 days. I assume with the holiday we had on July 1st and the US holiday for the 4th that it may take a few extra days. I did put a tracker on it, but hopefully we won't need it. Fingers crossed.

How have you been feeling, besides tired? You do look wonderful in the photos. It must be the glow of motherhood! You do have such beautiful precious cargo there.

Take care and have a good rest tonight,

Suz

I don't want to copy and paste a blog post here, but if anyone is interested there is a Disney related blog post on my blog here.

Lisa, you have been doing such a great job on your family blog. I love to check it for updates.

The gifts you received from DISer's are wonderful (not to toot my horn!!), but I can honestly say that I really enjoyed shopping for your boys. Yes, I am a proud Canadian and am happy to share that with Andrew, Nicholas and Parker.

Take care, Suz
