We are scheduled for Ohana's on 4/5. I have taken my kids to the Crystal Palace twice before when they were younger. I think they are a bit tired of Pooh & Friends so I thought I would spice it up a little this time. Who can we expect to see at the Ohana breakfast? And how is the food?

Any insight would be great!! Thanks!!

This trip is a complete surprise for the kids on Spring Break! They have NO idea.:rotfl2:

Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto are at 'Ohana. We really had a fun time there.
It was good standard breakfast food. Love the juice and bread they serve.

Hope you have a great trip and welcome to the DIS! :goodvibes

The food is served family style. They start you out with fruit and breads and this very delicious juice. Then you get a big platter with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, Mickey waffles, and biscuits. We saw Stitch, Lilo, Minnie, Mickey, and Pluto. It was fun, I do have to say, I prefer the buffets. More variety. But I am certainly not sorry I went and would go back again.

The kids do a little parade thing around the restaurant which is cute. Its a lot of fun!

Be prepared for a long wait. The 2 times I went recently,I finished eating before any of the characters came around. I politely informed my server when she dropped the bill,"I'm not going anywhere until all the characters come by."

This was one of our favorite character meals. I thought the food was much better than Chef Mickey's. We also like Cape May breakfast.

Also our favorite character breakfast! We've been twice and have nothing but good things to say! You made a great choice - Enjoy!!

This is a "can't miss" for my family. The food is great, you can eat as much as you want, they bring more and the character interaction is great. They dance with the kids, work a congo line and sign plenty of autographs. You get the Lilo, Stich, Mickey and Pluto combo:thumbsup2

Ohana breakfast is DBF and I's favorite character meal. We loveeee the bread and juice and we fill up on food and we stay full while were running around riding rides :)

You'll be so glad you chose this breakfast! :)

We will be trying it for breakfast also for the first time. We have dinner here every trip. Can't wait!

Maybe I'm crazy, but I thought I read somewhere on the boards that you can see the MK from Ohana's..is this right? Do they have tables that view the castle?

Thanks! That would be great! :)

We go to the dinner everytime. We have never done a charcter breakfast because I'm always worried about it eating into our park time.

Thanks! That would be great! :)

Odd man out here! I think that Ohana is one of the worst character buffets at Disney and we have tried almost all of them. Now granted the service on our visit was horrible, however that can change with each visit.

I thought the whole experience was lacking. The little parade was cute but they have those at each character breakfast. What set this place apart was the food. Thier signature is bread and juice.:confused3 Everything else is something you find at the local counter service. I like to have variety at a buffet. On our visit the characters seemed very dissorganized, the GM came over to apologize so I guess it was an off day, however the food options are always the same.

Want something different try Tusker House Breakfast buffet!
