How is the drive from SNA to DLR?

We always rent a car. After a drive from Ontario airport with the cab driver doing 80mph we said never again.

That's why I always say a cab is the fastest way from the airport to the resort area.

I found a car rental deal for about $100 for the week.

The best I could do for our trip was $160 for Wed am to Sat pm (3days 8hours).

As you're leaving the airport, you might want to look for a gas station. Last time we rented a car the rule was to fill up with in 6miles of the airport.

Thanks for the info that Super Shuttle doesn't loop. I don't know where I picked that up from.

And yes despite it being so much cheaper to do a shuttle or the Disneyland Express bus, the taxi idea is SO TEMPTING!

Dollar Rent A Car with AAA rate, economy car (it's just 2 of us!), $80 + tax and whatever other fees they throw in came to $108. I have also seen a similar price for Alamo, not even with AAA discount, but their rates change day to day and it quoted me $147 today.

Between my Disneyland and Las Vegas experiences I'll never take cabs again. In Las Vegas they long hauled me through the tunnel and down the freeway to the MGM. $30 for a trip from the airport that should cost less than $15. Crooks.
