what is the APR ?? is there an annual fee ?? what other perks do you all get for having it ?? I know I could just go check it out for myself, but I like to hear it from people who actually have experience from it !! Thank so much !!!

No Annual Fee, somewhat high APR. I'd suggest using it as a "charge" card rather than a "credit" card. Pay it off each month and let them pay you 1% in rewards.

Some perks, like discounts and bonus rewards. Sign-up bonuses look pretty good as of late. As a Charter Cardmember, I got a pin. Looks like new members get $50 reward dollars instead. Lately there have been free advance screenings to Disney releases such as The Incredibles this weekend and National Treasure next month.

The rewards card is a little unusual. You can request one when you hit a certain amount ($20? or is it $10?). The rewards card will expire on Dec. 31 of the following year. You can transfer reward dollars to the card at any point thereafter, but they must be spent by that expiration date or you are out of luck. Rewards that are not transferred to a card have a time limit as well, but it is several years. Let them amass and transfer them to a rewards card a month or two (if you're more paranoid about timing) before your trip.

The rewards card is accepted at almost all WDW and DL locations. The Disney Store accepts them now, but we don't know if they will continue to do so once Children's Place takes over store operations.

The best thing about the card was when I first joined. We were able to book a pay for 4 stay for 7 dreammaker package. (It turned out to be an awesome deal, and allowed us to stay at the Poly.) (And I only found out about it by reading these boards!)However, since then, I am not impressed. I was expecting coupons for WDW rooms and such, but the only coupons we get now are 20% off at the Disney store, or a 2.00 rebate if you buy a DVD. Definitely disappointing! And the rewards are pretty similar to other programs, 1 point = 1 dollar. I would wait to apply until they have a REALLY good incentive, like the one I got, although I'm not sure if they'll be offering that anymore.

I charged my car to my DV (then paid it off with the Home Equity line).

Just transferred over $200 to the rewards card for next weeks trip.....but we'll probably have that spent on the 1st day.....

I like the card. The APR is high, so I pay it off and don't carry a balance. I charge virtually everything to that card and earn an decent amount of reward dollars. The rewards program is pretty similar to the other major reward cards.

I like it because of the free movie screenings, discounts at DisneyDirect, etc... But if I wasn't a 'disneyaholic' I would probably use one of the other reward cards.
