How is Teppan Edo?

Thinking of taking the kids there next year. How's the food, etc.

We have been there a few times but our local hibachi is so much better with more food and options and alot cheaper too!

If you do not have one of these places where you live I say go for it, the show is a blast for kids!

Teppan Edo is a must do for us each trip. We do not have a hibachi style steak house near us at home and we really enjoy it.
The restaurant is beautiful, the service is top notch and the food is excellent. Watching the chef prepare your food at the grill in your table is very entertaining.
The tables are for 8, so if you are a smaller party you will be seated with others. We find this to be part of the charm.

We went last week for the first time......and we'll be going back again. It's a nice restaurant, the typical hibachi show is fun, watching your food being cooked and the tricks the chefs have up their sleeve, and the food is good. Typical hibachi. The steak, chicken or shrimp are all fresh, and cooked well. The noodles and veggies don't have as much variety as our hibachi place by home (perhaps they could cut down on the opnions...they use lots of onions, and throw in another veggie), but the flavor is good. I was impressed by the portion size. The size of the filet they use was decent. Despite that, you walk away satisfied, but not stuffed. We can happily recommend the place, and the kids love it.
