I never hear Planet Hollywood talked about much....is the food good? We don't expect it to wow us, but we planned on eating there and using the $15 voucher, haven't decided yet to pay OOP and order conservatively or use our DP and use the $15 for apps....

When I lived there (12 years ago!) I always liked the club sandwich...but if we use DP we will more than likely order steak...has anyone had this? Thanks for any input!

We have gone to Planet Hollywood twice and enjoyed the meals. I forget what we ordered the first time but the last time both DH and I had the La Lasagna and like it very much.

I am still considering making an ADR for there on our October trip as of now we have Raglan Road and Cap't Jack's as we want to try something different but Planet Hollywood has the more extensive menu

Generally not impressed with PH. If you really want to see the movie memorabilia, then its OK. Otherwise the food is forgettable and apparently so are the guests as far as the servers go. You may want to read the dining reviews here when trying to decide. :disrocks:

Yeah, I know I have read in the past that the service leaves something to be desired, to say the least.

We eat at PH before Cirq. every year. We like the food and it doesn't break the bank. Last year, however, it took 2 hours from the time we arrived to leaving and we had to run to Cirq so we wouldn't be late. I hate being late and the wait staff got a very small tip...

The food at PH is good, but is nothing special. I think it's fair to characterize it as a more expensive version of an Applebee's, Houlihan's, Ruby Tuesday, etc., plus movie memorabilia. Quality, straight-forward food that will neither disappoint you nor send you reaching for your phone to tell your friends.

If you do go, order your apps at the bar and pay separately using your $15 coupon. They will not accept that coupon toward OOP items when you use the DDP for your meal.

Thanks for the tip! Definitely did not know this....though now leaning towards just using a CS at MK upon arrival and catching the MSEP and fireworks on our arrival night! Will then use the extra TS on Sci Fi for lunch...the sandwiches sound yummy and kids will prob think the car tables are cool!
