We were at ‘Ohana Friday evening and for the first time in 20+ years/visits we had less than good service. Our initial glasses of tea sat empty for most of our meal and didn’t get refilled until our server tried to clear our table. We also didn’t see our server to ask for a refill for any of that time.
Our noodles, wings, dumplings were just warm and after a few minutes things were pretty cold. We were offered one time for any extra food early in our meal but not after that. Even with empty serving dishes neither server asked if we wanted anything else.
We won’t give up on it because we’ve had too many positive experiences and it wasn’t bad/awful, just not as good as we’re used to.
