We are going the sat-tues after thanksgiving, and I was wondering if anyone who has attended the Christmas party could give me a review. I was thinking my 4 1/2 year old would really like it, as would my 6 year old at heart mother, and might leave my husband with the two and a half year old in the room.

But, since it is an extra ticket, just wanted to see if you all thought it would be worth it.

Also, if I were to get a florida resident annual or seasonal pass, that wouldn't be included, would it ?

Thanks in advance !

I went a few years ago... and I dont have any children. I am going this year with a friend, her family, my mom and we all plan to go. Have tickets already. I think we will all have a lot of fun. They have added a few things like Donalds Tree Lot (something like that) and I loved the parade! Doubt that I have been too helpful, but I think its something to do once or make a tradition. =-)

We went this last December. My children were 16 and 9. We went 3 years earlier, when children were 13 and 6. We loved it both times. Altho the first time, 6 yo didn't make it to the end. But the party is 5 hours long, it has 2 parades with fireworks in between. To see snow on Main Street is just amazing. There are lots of live shows, and characters are every where. I would it again! It rained last year, but we still had a blast. (Dad ended up not hanging out the entire nite!) This last time we did sleep in late knowing we would be up late. That may be harder with a 4 1/2 yo. The party hours are 7-midnight.

Good luck!

I think it's worth the extra tickets! I haven't been yet, but I've heard that it's wonderful! I don't think the annual passes include the cost of this event. I'd definitely sleep in that morning so you can make it happily through the evening. I'm going on Monday, Nov 27th.

Hugs!

We're going the 27th, with three kids (10, 5, and 4 mo). So there are activities the entire time?? I thought it would be like, two 1/2 hours of stuff then just rides and shops open til midnight. I can't WAIT!!!

Yeah, it's chopped full of great things! I can't think right now cuz I'm watching Roseanne at Disney, but yeah, you should look it up! It's going to be awesome!
