How is Liberty Tree Tavern?

We always go there once per trip. The food is comfort food and it is fine. I actually loved the beef! The salad is great and my girls loved the Mac and Cheese. The mashed potatoes are plain (no skins). The desert was yummy. What I love most about this place is that you get a nice break from the heat and excitement of the parks. It is very relaxing. Yeah they should update the bathrooms (too small and old) but they were clean when we were there and served their purpose.

The character interaction was awesome! The characters come around several times. I think it was 3 or 4 times!

We always enjoy a nice dinner there to take a break and re-engerize for the evening fun.

I love Liberty Tree!!!!! I have gone the last 2 years and I am going again this year. I wouldn't miss it. They have great food and wonderful character interaction. Enjoy!

My beefs:
*BATHROOMS- is that where your cook and server is washing his/her hands??? OMG they were terrible, all the toilets were clogged, bathroom tiny,dirty, upstairs and had a terribly long line- ewwwwww!!! I expect much better from WDW!!!
*FOOD- mediocre at best (we went for dinner) dry, bland, tasted like it had been under heat lamps for a loooong time.

I love LTT and have never had anything but a great meal with great character interraction. But I totally agree that the bathroom scenario stinks! And no this is thankfully not where the staff goes to wash hands (no cast members at WDW use the guest bathrooms except to clean them). This is my only complaint about this place and I have easily solved it! We simply go to the bathroom just before we go in there and unless we drink ourselves silly of ice tea, don't need to use theirs!
