Feel better soon! With three kids, we usually have a bout of pink eye once a year. It is terrible! I hope the drops work for you, Kevin. And, John, just remember...Lysol is your friend!

Well wishes go out to your mother. I hope her rehab stay is brief, but on a positive note....she is not around the pink eye! (God closes a door, but opens a window!)

Oh Kevin, I do hope your felling better soon and that your mom has a speedy recovery. I get pink eye easily and having small kids it doesnt help keep it away, I know how much it sucks. Specially if you all ready have eye issues.

After three doses of the eye drops, my eyes dont seem any worse.

They dont seem any better....but they havent swollen shut, so that a good sign.

Maybe I'll get lucky and just have regular old pink eye.

So far so good! Who'd have guessed you'd actually ever be HAPPY to have pink eye?! I hope your eyes get better very soon!

Yes, I would say not swelling shut is definitely a good sign!

My eyes are doing great and all is well.....I'm just tired of being sick.

I feel like I've had a cold since Christmas.

I got over one and went to Disneyland and came back a new form of plague.

Ok....even I'm over my whining.

Glad to hear it was regular old pink eye. I understand what you mean about tired of being sick. Both kids and myself have been sick several times since December. Now my dh has a severe ear infection and is on steroids.

Whew - I'm so glad it was regular old pink eye and you're doing much better! Hopefully you'll get completely healed from the cold and any other creeping crud that wants to move in on you. Hoping your mom is recuperating well too! Time for y'all to feel healthy and enjoy that house!
