Ok, so I am taking my mom and my DD to WDW in January. Then DH, DD and myself are going again in Sept. I am thinking about a quick trip in March or April. (I can't go a whole 8 months!! )

How would HH be in March? Too cold? Thanks for any help!

HH is great in March. Temps will range from 60's to 80's and the ocean will be too cool to swim, but the pools are heated and the activities are all in full swing. There will be lots of families there for Spring Break.

Have a great trip. :)

We were there this past March and I wish it would have been a little warmer. It sprinkled (never poured) a lot so that made it feel a little cooler. We decided to try May this time around.

We went this past March and found there were several advantages. For one, we went miniature golfing during the day-hardly anyone there. Also, weather was perfect for biking. And the bugs weren't out yet. The resort was at capacity even though it was too cold to swim in the ocean. Great time! Only reason we're going in February of 2004 instead of March again is that DH golfs and golf rates go up March 1.

My BIL was at the Mariott at Barony Beach last March and played golf for six days straight. He said that they had great weather and no wait on the course.

I was there last year for the week of St. Patrick's Day. It rained every day and was cold except for the day I left to fly home. I was still glad to be there, I just stayed in a lot. It never got over 55 degrees either. Bummer

March is a really transitional month here in SC....it could be very warm, it could be chilly (kind of like FL in Dec. or Jan.) If you know of things you can do in any weather...go ahead and stay in March. If you want to be sure to have nice weather, wait until April or May. It gets pretty hot by then. Of course, it can rain at any time.
