How is Happy Limo Service?

Hi,

I have only one word of advice, go somewhere else!!!! We used happy Limo for our wedding anniversary in May, we had paid a set amount including a tip and had paid for champagne. When they collected us they stated that the original limo had broken down therefore nothing had been set up in the limo. We said that was ok so long as the limo was sorted and the champagne was there for the return journey. It wasn't!! the soda was boiling hot, the glasses dusty and the air conditioning wasn't even on, we had to knock on the partition to ask the driver to switch this on. The drivers answer to all this was ' hey I'm only the driver'
Well we phoned the office to express our disappointment and they were not interested at all said we could speak to the owner but he was away until next week 'bye'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our first trip to th U.S., had a fab holiday and can say that Happy Limousines were the only complaint we had, what a rip off!!!

I am using Happylimo this oct..so is my mom.
I read ooooodles of posts...a few negitive reports like the one above but for the most part they were all good reports.
I think with any business you are going to have some bad reports..even the sponsers of this forum.

We use them a lot for our Disney cruises and have always gotten great service. We've used the grocery stop often too. The stretch Excursion sounds great!

We made reservations with Happy Limo in mid June for our upcoming stay at WDW in September, but after reading so many negative posts on DIS board and WDWMagic.com we decided to cancel and book with another Limo service. After we cancelled, we got an email confirming our cancellation and if we were cancelling to use another Limo service, they would match the price AND give us a free upgrade to a stretch Limo going back to the airport after our stay, wow!

But we are using Quicksilver instead, never read anything negative about them so far...good price too :)
 
I have to jump on and say we had a wonderful experience with Happy Limo this July. We rented a stretch limo to/from our resort and had a meticulously clean vehicle each way. Service couldn't have been better--the drivers were so helpful with our luggage, etc. And the best part was the tip was included in the charge so no fumbling with cash at the last minute.
I'm sorry to hear about the "bad" experiences, but you will find something wrong with any carrier--no one company is perfect.

We plan to use their stretch service next trip-every person I have talked to there has been wonderful, helpful and very nice. First impression do count and so far I am pleased.
