We were there 7/01, and it was o.k. Kids fav was the slurpee machine totally got our $$$ worth out of those refillable mugs! If I remember right, it was your basic sweet rolls, bagels dry ceral, oatmeal, etc in the a.m., deli style sandwiches , fruit, salad, chips for lunch hours and we were never there for dinner. We did a split stay at ASMU and the food court over there had many more choices, but CR was fine for our needs. The hours were late, we were there at midnight one night, eating cereal! My only complaint was that there are no windows in the food court, and I would bring a sweater w/me as the AC was CRANKIN'! The poolside snack bar had good sandwiches/burgers, we did eat there twice.
packy finfan was right it's more like a snack court then a food court. They do have hot meals but it is very, very limited in selection. None of the deluxe resorts have full fledged food courts. During our stay in May my son and I both had chicken fingers and various deserts and my wife had a sald which was not bad by her opinion. Overall the food was good.
We were there first week of June. The food from the grill is not bad. You get a pretty decent hamburger and chicken fingers. The carrot cake was good . I had a caesar salad and I thought it was bad. McDonald's was better than that - so that's not saying much. We also had cheese danish which was typical. All in all, not bad. Very slim grill pickins', but not bad.
They had individual pizzas the last time I was there and those were pretty good. I consider it more of a snack bar, than a grill. You can get hot food, but it isn't a food court.
