We have a late lunch ressie for our next trip and I was wondering how the food is? We have eaten there for breakfast and thought it was so-so...And this trip I have the in-laws with so I feel like I need to know before we go!:)

Any advice would be appreciated!:thumbsup2

We have always enjoyed it. It's better than buffet but I wouldn't call it the best food in Epcot. My wife loves the "traditional", it kind of like a meatloaf. The kids love the cold buffet. The main reason for eating there really is the princesses.

I agree, I personally like seeing the princess' while you eat and not having to stand in line later.

So is it overkill to have CRT, 1900 Park Fare, and Storybook?:confused3

The food is very nice... they have a cold buffet that has salads, lunch meats, salmon, etc. on it and then you order your entree... I had the Traditional Kjottkake which is Ground beef and pork patty served with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and Lingonberry sauce. It was yummy!!!

Truthfully, I'd say yes. Especially if you have CRT!!! All the princesses are there! 1900 Park Fare is only Cinderella, Prince Charming & Godmother. I've heard that instead of the mice the stepmother & stepsisters are there. That looks like fun! I'd give up the Storybook. If you're not adventurous with meals, the lunch will not be enjoyed! We found that out!:sad2: I believe the only princess at Storybook & not at CRT is Ariel.

We actually have 1900 Park Fare for breakfast so it will be Mary Poppins and Mad Hatter. The CRT ressie is only my girls and my husband, I wan't able to get the in-laws in for that and they will eat at Crystal Palace while we are enjoying Cindrella. So the only princess meal with the in-laws will be Storybook...:confused3

Just keep all three & enjoy!! :goodvibes

We weren't particularly fond of it. We went for the food (not the princesses). I had the traditional meal--meatloaf--and did not care for it; DH had the braised lamb and did not like his at all. The cold buffet was good. We wouldn't go back for lunch, but if we ever have grandchildren and they were girls, we'd try for breakfast.

Out of the 3 which is the best experience over all CRT, 1900, or storybook??

Good, question, I really can't answer, I have only tried Storybook....Anybody else?

We did the Princess Storybook lunch last September and I liked the food. I am pretty picky about my food too. I had some Salmon pasta dish and loved it. My husband and in-laws liked their food too (although it wasn't my husband's favorite meal). The kids liked their stuff too. You will hear lots of different opinions. I think you should keep it! Especially so your in-laws can enjoy the responses from your kids with the princesses. We have 1900 Park Fare, CRT and Princess Storybook reserved for our December trip. Since my parents will be with us the first half and my in-laws the second half I wanted to make sure both sets got to enjoy watching their granddaughters with the princesses.
