How is early entry at GCH now?

We haven't stayed there in over a year, but in the past we would exit and use main gates for early entry into DCA because it was faster. Now that GCH doesn't allow other hotel guests to use their entry - is it better? If you were staying there, which entrance would you use for early entry?

Assuming you are lining up before the gates open for EMH:
Main entrance, especially if you want to get to GOTG.

When we went in April it was still a better idea to go to the main gates. Especially for the fact that the security into Downtown Disney was only for GCH guests. There was never more than a few people in line. The hotel park entrance went all the way to the lobby one morning.
