How is Coronado Springs Resort???

I think it's the nicest Moderate.

::yes::

Out of the resorts we've stayed at (see below), it's #2 on our list behind only AKL.

We stayed just around the corner from that quiet pool you show a picture of here. It was so nice! Even though our courtyard faced the parking lot, even it was nice (our room faced the other rooms, though, not the cars):).
Your pictures look like ours.;)

One of our favoritees (including the deluxes!)

Two days until our first concierge stay!!!!

CSR is my favorite moderate resort for adults or families with children who can swim. It's huge, but they provide frequent shuttles that pick up just about anywhere on the inside sidewalk/loop. I liked the food at the Pepper Market and the pool is really great. I couldn't get my DD off the slide!

For families with pre-schoolers, I would recommend POFQ due to it's size and tamer pool.

Coronado is a lot of fun! I like their pool and the pepper market is good too.

Coronado and French Qtr are my favorite moderates.

I'll be the party pooper. My DH won't go back. He has a thing about the "lighting" of a room. Having the doors on the outside under an overhang makes the rooms feel very dark. He also complained about the outside entrance to the room(he is a deluxe guy all the way) Also he had to carry his own bags- of course he could have asked for help... but he is used to bellmen coming up to you. So IMHO it was fine and I loved the pool. He won't stay there again. It saved us over $2000 the week we went so for that I say get over it ! :banana:

Liked it there, but like the DVC better. :banana: :Pinkbounc :banana:

I stayed at Coronado quite a few times, the last, though, being in July of 04. I think it is a B-autiful resort...I love the atmosphere and decor. I detested the food court though....I thought the value resorts were better in that respect. But I'd definitely stay there again....and I don't usually eat at the food court too too much....this is Disney...gimme table service...mmm yum
