How is breakfast at Plaza Inn?

We are going Saturday July 11. Does anyone know if the early seating 7:10 AM or the late seating 10 AM would be better for character interaction? We are doing this for the characters so my kids would be disappointed if they saw characters who wouldn't come to our table/area. We are used to WDW where the characters usually follow a pattern through the restaurant so you see them all.

In addition to all of the bold above, we saw Rafiki. He was a blast. DGD had her stuffed Pegasus with her. He picked him up and recreated the famous Lion King scene with Pegasus standing in as a Simba. It was really cute. Hook and Pooh and the gang never came inside but we got visits from the rest.

At WDW, if you mention to your server that you missed a certain character they usually let the character know they missed a section. You will usually see them within 15 minutes then. Is DL's policy different?

It is good, I have been to paradise pier, Goofy's kitchen and to the plaza actually had characters I have not seen in the park before...like the fairy god mother and some others. Its also nice cause your in the park already so no extra walking.

As for the person who asked about Goofy's, They have a larger buffet with more selections, but less characters, however they are "big-named" characters. Minnie, Chips, Dale, Goofy, and Pluto. This is one of the most expensive character meals, but my oldest kids loves it most (prob. because of the giant dessert assortment! )

You're welcome! I like the food and selection at Goofy's for Breakfast! I believe that is why the price is higher, they have more foods to prepare. Dinner there is okay too, but I'd prefer the dinner buffet at Storytellers over Goofy's (but of course Goofy's has the only characters at dinner time).
