I don't know why but it has been reported that Guests are really hard on the BLT rooms and it shows. Last month our one bedroom had marks on the ceiling and walls, the lighting fixture over the dining table was bent, and the blinds on the patio door in the living room were damaged.

The door to the throne/shower room in the dedicated 2 bedroom we had wouldn't close properly. Juan, the CM who ansered the service call regarding the dishwasher (which was missing a wheel on the bottom rack, but that wasn't the problem we called about) said that was a "simple" fix, but he didn't do it. Also, apparently there's a design flaw in the nearness of the range and the storage area. Things in the storage area, the one in the wall, have been melting or distorted due to heat. There is a "fix" for it, our unit didn't have the fix yet, but we also didn't have the heat problem.
I was surprised. The carpet in our 1br in the front hall looked worn. There were marks on walls and a tear on the furniture.
The dishwasher had a couple of wheels in the silverware basket (I wasn't sure where they went.)
