Just booked two on our May trip. Group of 6. Day 2 and Day 5 of our trip. Got the exact times I wanted.

Yes, there were lots of times, including my preferred when I booked 60 days out Friday night. I was also able to get a preferred time for TSMM. Oddly, Buzz Lightyear and ToT were two that I could not get a good time for...by "good" I mean what I wanted or relatively close to it.

we had to cancel our May trip right before 60 days, and rebooked inside the 60 day window (maybe around 55 or 56). we got SDMT on our first day (we land in MCO at 7pm, booked FP+ for 11-12) no problem. Wishes too. I'm not sure if people would consider such a late time "preferred," although it's exactly what we wanted. we met anna and Elsa last year, so we weren't looking for that FP+. it seemed like the hardest to get, other than A&E, were for FoF, MSEP, and Wishes.

So we are thinking seriously about the Feel the Force package (whenever it comes out), but I am wondering how soon we could get out of the park after the parade ends and what time we would need to get back in the park for the fireworks party. I am trying to plan out our fast passes for that day and squeeze in a midday break.

Were you meaning to ask this on the SWW thread?

You would get out of DHS by noon, and then return by 8:00 to line up for the Dessert Party.

We were able to book for may easy at 60 days and we could have booked it m ore then once if we wanted to

We have less than 6 days and there has been plenty of availability at various times of day. I think it will really depend on when you are going. Once June hits and the kids are out of school, I think you will see that FPs done less than 60 days are questionable.
