How intense is Mission Space: GREEN?

I feel bad on Green and awful on Orange. The difference isn't very much though.
I do the ride when my son comes to WDW with me, because he doesn't want to to it alone and no one else in the family will. Last time we did Orange. Yuck. I was never so glad for a ride to be over (except maybe that one time when we did Astor Orbitor twice in a row because there was no line below waiting...truly thought I'd barf that time).
