I haven't been to US/IOA in several trips and am looking forward to checking out the new stuff (Simpsons, Transformers, and most notably Harry Potter). How intense is Forbidden Journey? Is it basically a cross between Mission:Space, Test Track, and Spiderman?

I am used to VERY intense rides because of all the huge fun fairs here in Germany and for me Forbidden Journey felt very intense.

these robot-arms combined with the screening-technology create an interesting feeling in your tummy.

But I never got dizzy or anything like that.
I would say it is not as intense as the heavy version of Mission Space, but you can not compare all these rides.

Just give it a try, do not close your eyes while riding so you will always see where you are and how you are moving.

I personally don't find it very intense at all, certainly less intense than mission Space orange and on a similar level to Spider-Man IMO

It's a lot like Spider-Man but without the 3D. You are suspended higher in the air and you are turned every direction. The goal is to simulate flying. It does a good job and the scenery is very good. It is not that intense in the motion though.
