We are trying to plan a trip this summer after receiving a free dining code for March-June

The problem is that we will fly to FL but the discount carrier we use only flys into Sanford. For the price difference ($120 round trip per person) Compared to Southwest ($120 each way) it doesn't make sense not to fly Allegiant. My question concerns how to move 7 people (5 adults and 2 children) from Sanford to POP for a reasonable amount of $$. I think renting a car is a waste of $$ because it would literally just sit at the resort all week.
Any ideas?

If you go onto the Sanford airport webpage they transportation option available and you can figure out pricing. It may be the most economical to rent a van at the airport and turn it in at the car care center after you drop all your things off at the resort and then do the same for the return. I would start with the airport webpage and hopefully they will have an option that works.
