How important is Windsor Hills building?

We are going to be booking a condo this week and have it narrowed down to two units. My husband and both like the interior of one better than the other. The one we like is in building 1 and the other is in building 5. The description says that building 1 is 300 yards to the pool and building 5 is 100 yards to the pool.

He now wants to go with the unit in building 5 because it is closer to the pool. I am wondering if it will really matter that much. We are hoping to book tomorrow!

Hi there! We own a vacation townhome in Windsor Hills (Next2Disney). I recommend going with the condo with the preferable interior. Likely you'll be spending time inside cooking, relaxing etc and want to enjoy your surroundings.

Our townhome is several streets from the pool and we've never had any complaints from our guests about the walk (in fact they enjoy exploring the resort) so a few hundred feet shouldn't be too bad!

Thanks so much for your input. I was leaning towards the one with the favorable interior for many of the reasons you mentioned . It is nice to be reassured.
