How hot is too hot for school?

We don't have the weather to justify the cost of A/C. With the weather patterns changing, I wonder if they will consider this next year, and perhaps go back to the "olden days" of returning after Labor Day. It would be like California getting snow plows..

We have LOTS of snow plows in California. My uncles from Canada always laugh when they drive down here during the winter. They don't get why we require chains, and why we close highways so quickly if there is more than a little snow.
No an issue right now. It's 100 degrees outside.

I'm in NH and today a neighboring town closed schools due to heat!
