How have the crowds been lately?

We went on a Friday 5 weeks ago and it wasn't crowded at all. We arrived around 10:30, which is later than usual, but we had flown in that morning. We literally walked onto every ride but there were a lot that were closed...Indiana Jones, Haunted Mansion, Matternhorn. The only ride with a line was Autopia and it was about 15 minutes. We did just about everything but Dumbo and Splash Mountain. My son remarked how the last time we were there, we waited over an hour to get on Space Mountain and this time walked right on. We were finished by 3 and took the monorail over to DD, where we stayed until about 8. It was crowded over there but that's ok, we still had a great day.

Weekday mornings and afternoons have been good, but starting on Friday night, crowds begin to grow. We went Friday afternoon, and saw lines of only about 20 minutes for a lot of attractions, but by 4:30 the lines were up to 45 minutes or so for Space, Indy, etc. Expect weekends to be the same.

Are the Fastpass locations open during those busier times? as long as we can FP we don't mind the crowds.

Yes, you can get a fast pass during the busier times.

We went Friday night and it wasn't crowded at all.

We went last night...no crowds at all. Longest wait we saw was a posted time of 15 minutes for Indy. Maybe we just happened to walk through the parks during a busy time Friday afternoon. (We were only there a couple of hours.)

Hello just got back on the 3rd. Very very light crowds. If your going anytime before christmas holidays or Thanksgiving weekend you should be okay we have been going right before Thanksgiving and a week before christmas for the last two years. It enables us to see all the Christmas decorations without the crowds. Your also okay right after New Year's seems very slow.

Have fun. We are trying to make it down for Nov. 21 to 26. But may not make it since we're going to WDW for 11 days in January.
