I probably phrased that wrong.......what I meant is I will be able to book starting on 4/23---but does that open the ENTIRE trip window to be able to book? Or do I have to get back on each consecutive day at 7-days out?

Yes your entire trip window would open on Wednesday, 4/23.

Your pre-purchase widow start 7 day before the beginning of your resort stay, and opens up LLMP and/or LLSP for up to 14 days of LL purchases. So if your resort stay starts on Wedneday, 4/30, and your first park day is Wednesday 4/30 you can purchase on Wednesday, 4/23. Even if your first park day is 5/1, you still can start on Wednesday, 4/23.

The 7 day window is tied to the start of your on-site resort start date and not your tickets or the dates you will be visiting the parks.

Meaning:
4/30 First day at Parks--can start booking on 4/23
5/1 Second day at Park--can I book on that 4/23 date, or do I have to wait until 4/24 (and so on for each consecutive day)?

There is not a moving 7 day window. On 4/23 you can book your LLMP and/or LLSP selections for any, and all days: 4/30 through 5/9/. All 10 days (up to a max of 14 days) are available to purchase on Wednesday, 4/23.

I just want to be very clear that you purchase for 1 day / park per transaction. On Wednesday, 4/23, if you purchase all 10 days that you want you would have 10 separate transactions all made on 4/23.

On Iphone the WDW app has been updated 3/18. You sill cannot see Top Picks at the top of the Modify Screen.
Looks like to even select Top Picks you have to go through My Day Setup first and if Park Hopping need to select the next park first.
